Hey Google, Shut Up!

Google probably just needs to learn when to keep its big mouth shut.  I'm sorry, but isn't Google the one we should be worried about...I mean they do have a 75% of the search share in the market...The Microsoft-Yahoo deal would in no way make up significant ground, and my guess is that some Yahoo faithful will jump ship just because giving them an even bigger lead in market share.

Now back to Google, what makes them beyond reproach? How do they think they can be the dominate player and still make comments like this one on its blog.

Could Microsoft now attempt to exert the same sort of inappropriate and illegal influence over the Internet that it did with the PC?

Can't the same be said about Google, give me a break...all any public company wants to do is make money for its shareholders.

Now, this doesn't mean I endorse Microsoft-Yahoo deal, I am actually MicroHoo neutral. I have yet to see a compelling business driver for it. I just think that for Google to make a statement like this only means that they are a bit intimidated by the deal for one and two that they think their poo don't stink.

You aren't kidding anyone Google. We all know you have just as many skeletons in the closet as anyone else so don't start slinging mud because you will end up getting more on yourself than anyone else.

Sound like you're got angry on evil G. Reminder, it's just an advertising company, nothing else.

I wouldn't say I am angry...though the headline is a bit sensatinalize for effect.  I just think this is one that Google has no room to talk about.  Between the Double-Click deal and the current market share in search they have. There is no one can touch them on the monopoly front in ad-revenue which is what it is really about as you say.
