Today Microsoft offered up a Windows Server 2008 RC1 and even has a public download. You can get your grubby hands on an eval copy here. The eval copy will expire on April 7th of next year, so hop too.
Windows Server 2008 will RTM sometime between now and its public launch date on Febuary 27th next year. It will launch in parallel with Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server 2008.
