
Yesterday Microsoft posted an Office Live Add-in for Microsoft Office at its download site, here. The description of the download says it will add new menu option to Office so you can open and save your office documents directly from Microsoft Office to your Office Live Workspace.
This is probably a pretty good indicator that Office Live Workspace is going to kick of a beta before too long. If you are interested in this it might be worth Pre-Registering if you haven't already.
If I put my corporate hat on I begin to worry that our employees might start using this, while good in concept...I also see a big potential data exposure risk, as they start to access corporate documents via home PC's or worse...
What are you thoughts on allowing folks to use this in your org? Are people going to simply prevent access to this or embrace the technology?
