Windows Server 2008 RC0 and Windows Vista SP1 Available

In case you missed it, Windows Server 2008 RC0 is now available from Microsoft Downloads.  Here is a link to all the updated Window Server 2008 Downloads. This is the build that should give you a chance to play with Microsoft's Hypervisor, Viridian.

Microsoft also shipped Windows Vista SP1 to select beta testers and is availble via connect to those who have access, you know who you are.  Robert has some details to help speed up your install time, and Brandon details his experiences with the SP1 as well as highlighting some of the changes he has seen along the way. Channel 9 has a video featuring Mike Nash who talks about SP1 and the status of Vista.

A little later than both were supposed to shipped, based on internet rumors, but they have shipped which gives me hope for the current timelines. I plan to post my expereinces as I play with these over the next few days and weeks.
