The Windows Live mail team hasn't been sitting on its hands since its last beta in May. Yesterday they had a nice list of additions coming soon, here is a summary.
- Performance
- More Storage (5GB for Free 10GB for Paid Subscription)
- Mail Retention Changed - Leaving mail in junk and deleted longer
- Contact Rationalization - Help clean up multiples of the same contacts
- More Mail Realestate - Smaller Header
- Forward messages
- CoBranding (hope this works for Live Custom Domains)
- Accepting Meeting Requests - FINALLY
- Vacation replies - out of office, basically
- Ability to turn off the Today page
