I am sorry that I missed this intially, but in a recent post on the IE team blog Dave Massy a Senior Program Manager with the Internet Explorer team announced, very subtely, that after eleven years with Microsoft he would be leaving to pursue new adventures. He says in his own weblog that his reasons are personal and that he needed to make a few changes in his life.
Dave has worked on a number of different IE releases including 4,5,5.5,6, and then did a brief stint as a developer evangalist before returning to work on IE 7. He celebarted the birth of his first child, a son, in 2005.
We wish you the best of luck in your new adventure Dave.
