Vanishing Point Has Begun

If you haven't been following the Vanishing Point game, now is a pretty good time to start.  Because the real meat of the game just kicked off last night. Over the next few weeks there will be 12 puzzles a week for players to solve culminating in an event held in Seattle Washington.  Along the way players will be rewarded with prizes that range from games, Windows Vista, Devices, all the way up to the grand prize of a trip to the edge of space, yes SPACE, on "The Rocketplane".  Where you will get to experience the "Ultimate Vista" (view).  The grand prize also includes an AMD powered Dell PC, 24" widescreen monitor, three games, a Lifecam, Microsoft Office, and 50,000 dollars in cash (to help with taxes).

I was outside the fountain with Long, Steve, Brandon, and the Neowin crew.  I got a pretty great video of the show and gave a copy to podtech.net at the bloghaus where we spend a good while playing with the different puzzles last night after we took over the main TV at the bloghaus to import my video.  A big thanks to Scoble, Podtech.net, and Seagate and all the other sponsors for hosting a great place to meet people, hang out, and unwind.
