Are you on the Office 12 Beta? Have you wanted to blog about your experiences with Office 12 Beta1 client applications but been afraid of breaking your NDA? With a little help from Robert Scoble I was able to get hooked up with the appropriate people to help answer this question once and for all.
According to company officials you are now allowed to blog about the Office 12 client suite of applications including: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access, Publisher, Visio, Project, OneNote and InfoPath.
So if you have been saving up content, you are now free to blog...
Update: 2/06/2006
There was some confusion over our intial report due to a post in the Office Newsgroup by a Microsoft employee. Our information was derived from an Office contact at Waggener-Edstrom, the PR agency for Microsoft. A higher placed source in that company also validated the same information, we first reported, for Ed Bott . Robert Scoble also confirmed our intial report, again , over the weekend that bloggers are now allowed to blog about client applications. He also gave a contact Sandhya Thodla. sthodla@microsoft.com for anyone else that might have NDA questions.
