Microsoft has posted up some free Halloween ringtones and wallpapers on the Windows Mobile Owners Circle site. Currently, the links for the wallpapers seem to be broken, but the ringtone downloads are working fine. Speaking of the wallpapers, check out the license agreement for those things. Is a license agreement that long really necessary for a wallpaper download?
